East London Penthouse
We are currently working on the construction of a new penthouse near Liverpool Street. The new apartment sits on top of an existing four storey building giving dramatic views of the city skyline.
Terraces to the perimeter of the building are to be heavily landscaped creating a beautiful natural environment around the structure. The building will be clad in stone cut rainscreen with full height aluminium windows. A central courtyard and rooflights allow natural light to flood into the centre of the building.
We are currently working on tender and production information drawings and construction is due to commence in March 2012.
